All damage and shortage claims must be reported to P1 Performance within 48 hours of receipt. Claims must be initiated by the client. All packing materials must be kept by the recipient so that they may be investigated by the carrier. P1 Performance does not accept any responsibility for clients and/or their customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged package. This also applies to short - shipped packages. Upon reporting damages, immediately submit pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging in order to proceed with the claim.
