P1 Performance is a 100% wholesale distributor headquartered in a 60,000 sq-ft warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland.  This strategic location next to the port of Baltimore central to the East Coast allows P1 to import and quickly distribute throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.

Constantly striving to improve and optimize our customer experience we offer a dealer portal with real time online access to our inventory and pricing.  With same day shipping, freight programs and excellent rates we make it easier for our customers to do business while saving them money.

P1 has a unique expertise in importing products and brands to the USA that are either new or not represented well and distributing them effectively.  By assisting with sales, marketing and setting up dealer networks and leveraging our network we help these companies successfully grow their brands.

ORIGINS STORY

In 2003 our Founder and CEO James Evans drew upon his extensive racing background and automotive industry experience to develop the concept and name for P1 Performance.  In the racing world P1 stands for pole position or first place qualifier.  Our goal is to be the best in what we do and this resonates throughout our company. From the beginning P1’s focus was directed at carrying product lines known for quality and reliability.  Focusing on only the best brands in that particular product segment allows P1 to be experts at what we sell and offer a focused higher quality selection of brands instead of every option available.  We are experts on the lines we sell and this knowledge and strategy separates us from our competition and the average wholesale distributor.
